The set powers on and works great I was able to tune in several stations here in central Indiana. Be sure to look at the last picture to check out the back-lit radio dial! I have not tested the tubes. This is a BEAUTIFUL set, as you can see from the many pictures. Please be sure to preview all of the pictures so that you can determine the condition for yourself. All of the dials, push-buttons and knobs appear to be in excellent working condition. The interior/chassis looks super clean. The cabinet is nice and solid and the original finish looks awesome! There are a few minor blemishes like you might expect on a piece from this era. I believe that most all of this radio is original.
