Swan 1500Z HF ham radio amplifier using two 572B tubes. This amp looks great as you can see. It power up, has B+ and seems to work. But the transformer is humming. So I believe that one or more of the filter caps is bad–a common failing of all these old amps. So you will have to get in and replace one or more of the caps. Offered here strictly as-is.
