Rare globe model 810 battery radio from 1923. All complete including four early globe style 201a tubes. Cabinet is in very good condition, appears to be oak wood with dark finish.. The chassis is clean and cabinet finish appears original. The radio displays nice and is a real eye catcher. The knobs look to be all original, and the knobs all turn smoothly and the tuners move nice and smooth and everything seems to work as it should. I do not know if the chassis has modifications, looks complete. The front panel is in good condition and looks to be all original. I believe one of the tube “peep hole” metal rings was replaced (hard to notice), and an audio transformer was replaced. The transformer is under the chassis and not seen unless the chassis is removed. The four globe type 201a tubes are all correct and all four tested good for continuity (good filaments)..
